Naples Fl Fishbuster Report from Captain Dave

Captain Dave Hanson of Fishbuster Charters in Bonita Beach fished north Naples offshore 10-12 miles from Wiggins Pass this week. His clients, Guy Papa and friends Shelley and Tony caught 18 keeper lane snapper, keeper mangrove snapper, a 3 pound mutton snapper, red grouper, keeper triggerfish, and also sky-rocketed two king mackerels in 35 feet, using light spinning tackle with live shrimp and blue runners for bait. Clients Logan Morris and friend, Ward, fished 12 miles west of Wiggins with live shrimp and shiners. They caught a 4 foot nurse shark, keeper lane and mangrove snapper, keeper triggerfish, Spanish mackerel to 32 inches, red grouper to 20 inches, gag grouper to 19 inches, and also hooked a 4 1/2 foot barracuda.
